Since starting in real estate sales on Oahu, Yvonne has associated with the top boutique luxury home real estate brokerages on Oahu. In 2007, she earned both Salesperson of the Month and Newcomer of the Year Awards with her luxury home brokerage. In 2008, she also was a top realtor in her brokerage, closing more sales in both number and dollar amount than any other luxury real esate sales associate in her brokerage with less than 5 years an Oahu realtor. In 2010, so far, she has closed more transactions on Oahu than any other realtor in her brokerage.
Prior to relocating to Hawaii, Yvonne was a practicing transactional attorney, for 14 years, in San Francisco, who was relied upon by CEOs and Executive staff for their important business decisions. She uses her contracting and negotiation skills, and superb attention to detail, to ensure that every detail of a sale is expertly handled. This knowledge applies particularly well in the difficult area of short sales and distressed properties. Yvonne was once legal counsel to one of the nation's largest banks, as well as counseling dot-coms and large corporations regarding technology and intellectual property, and that knowledge followed her into her real estate career.
Yvonne has earned the National Association of REALTORS e-PRO Certification and uses technology to provide her clients with thorough market information and excellent communication. When selling homes, Yvonne's listing clients also benefit from her expertise in internet marketing.
Yvonne is also a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has received special training on marketing and assisting both buyers and sellers with high-end properties.

Yvonne was raised in Arizona, where she attended the University of Arizona for both college and law school. After graduation, she settled in San Francisco and built a successful legal career. Her love for the islands developed from a Maui sabbatical in 1997, which she spent writing a book on Intranet design and windsurfing. She is a Member of the Kailua Chamber of Commerce and participates in numerous volunteer activities, with leadership roles and earning service awards. Her family includes her husband, an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, who just returned from a year's duty in Iraq, a young son and two striped cats.
